Small hotel in the heart of the city, with access to the most "shop" street and main square, port is very close. Breakfast is quite standard for a European country, in 9 days I managed to miss our porridge, however, cheeses, sandwiches, yogurts and eggs in all possible kinds - great! food is delicious. Not a bad restaurant on the 4th floor. Not cheap, standard servings (ie, do not move if you do not try on purpose). There was no view from the window of the room, view from the restaurant is also not special (the walls are high verandahs). Solarium on the 7th floor is excellent, there and view is good (you could smoke there). Nearby there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars, eateries for every taste and wallet. staff is very calm and responsive, friendly and friendly. great place for a quiet family holiday with small children.
hotel's website states that it provides sightseeing services. In fact, staff gives a reference to the site of one of the promoted company, conducts tours to Mount Teide - that's the whole service. It is better to take care in advance and independently, through a provider - if you took the tour. There's a certain tension with the grocery stores in the hotel area. Then it's just a note to the travelers. Those who crave a view of the sea, walks on the waterfront - just in another city, it's not the hotel. There is just no beach in the city, you have to go to it, whole line of the sea is closed by huge ships and not beautiful liners. There's no nightlife around, coffee and no place to drink at 6:00 a. m. Shops close around 8pm. Be vigilant when choosing a beauty salon nearby, I'm not lucky with manicures, alas.

The room was correct, as well as the location if you're coming sightseeing. The value for money is acceptable, no more. Even though the service is much better, I had a problem quickly solved via email.
The service, lousy. As I went there for work, I gave them the company details on my arrival to make a company invoice and when we went out they still didn't have the invoice and I had to leave the details again. We travelled on 25th November, today we received the invoices. My big complaint and discomfort, is that there is no way they take the phone. I have been trying to talk to them on the phone for two days, to a fixed line and to a mobile and I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TALK TO THEM, they have not answered even one of my multiple calls. I find it very unprofessional that they don't pick up the phone. Searching on the internet we got an email and that yes, they solved the problem quickly around here.

The location of the hotel is excellent - the very center of the city, the port/ocean is nearby, shops, ... The exit from the hotel to the square, where on New Year's Eve was the main celebration (concert stage. party).
In the room Wi-Fi is disgusting and constantly was falling off. It worked only normally in the lobby or in a cafe on the street. The bathroom was too concise - a couple of hooks for clothes could have been attached to the wall. The shower is made and installed so that as do not take a shower, the puddle on the floor is still provided. We booked a double room with 1 bed (for 2 adults) resulted in 2 separate beds. The mattress is too soft (but who likes what softness). It made our backs hurt.

The hotel is located in the very centre. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the bus station. We went to the carnival so we understood that the silence can be forgotten)). Room of a typical 3* hotel. Breakfasts were held in another hotel from 7-10, across the street from the hotel, it did not bring any special inconvenience. The breakfasts were very good. Lots of fruit and baked goods. The staff is friendly, everyone smiles trying to help if necessary. The Internet is normal. The bed is comfortable. With all the minuses that are written above, the hotel liked it.
There was no cleaning. I always had to remind them to put in the gel. The towels also had to be remembered to be changed. The shower stall was protected by a screen on one side only, so no matter how much water you shower on the floor. In eight days of stay, the bed was never changed. There was dust under the beds. The cleaning service wasn't working very well.

Room 614 had a connecting door. I heard every word from the neighbors. To make matters worse, I dealt with street noise at all hours, even from the sixth floor. The place also had a persistent dinginess with dirt and hairs in the bathroom, leading to an overall unclean feeling.

Thanks very much, would absolutely stay here again. Newly renovated hotel that has helpful staff on duty-receptionist. Its location is ideal and exceptionally nice, a walking distance from a shopping mall. The area is pedestrian just next door to shopping streets, Plaza de la Candelaria and the center of town. The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is reasonable and great with veggies and 3 options of main.

The stay was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions. Just a short walk away, I found the vibrant Plaza Del Principe, perfect for an evening stroll. The breakfast experience was enjoyable with a lovely view over the square, a definite highlight of my mornings. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, it served its purpose well for a one-night stay.
